It’s heartbreaking to see homeless cats struggling to survive. Thousands are born in the wild each year, only to lead short lives marked by hunger, fear, disease, and trauma due to the indifference of people. Cozy Cat Cottage rescues and adopts more than 700 cats and kittens annually and spays or neuters hundreds more as part of our community trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs. This year, we aim to double that number to help spare more cats from the harsh realities of life on the streets.
